Johann Michael Camat studied acting, dancing and singing from 1989 to 1995. The Canadian was a member of the R & B band Kuya. He played the role of Thuy in the Canadian production of Miss Saigon. He was also a part of the Dance Drill team of Toronto, played the role of Luis in Once Around The City, and participated in the musical Shooting of Dan MacGrew. Johann likes to compose music. Before his role as Thuy in the German production of Miss Saigon in 1997, he understudied the part, as well as playing a civilian and an American soldier.
